Have been a customer for a number of years but for the last 2 days I have not been able to call out, as this number is used for business whilst I am overseas, this has caused major issues. I can only contact their support via email, originally they repied to my email with a number of questions, I sent the answers back but email was returned saying mailbox is full. So I lodged via their online chat, still nothing
