Do not buy this service. The company advertises it like you can simply pay and receive a phone number to use. That is not what happens.
The real problem only appears after you make the payment. Once they already have your money, they then tell you that to actually use the number, you must submit highly sensitive personal information, including proof of address and identity documents such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID.
This is extremely misleading. These major verification requirements should be made clear before payment, not only after the customer has already paid. Many people would never purchase the service in the first place if they knew they would be forced to hand over so much private information.
The service feels deceptive because the important conditions are hidden until the transaction is completed. Be very careful before giving this company your money or your personal data.
Have been a customer for a number of years but for the last 2 days I have not been able to call out, as this number is used for business whilst I am overseas, this has caused major issues. I can only contact their support via email, originally they repied to my email with a number of questions, I sent the answers back but email was returned saying mailbox is full. So I lodged via their online chat, still nothing

But this is only after you manage to get your number set up, which I struggled with for a week without success. Additionally, it's suspicious that after every negative, honest review, suddenly three positive reviews emerge praising a specific customer service representative. How disingenuous can it be? I strongly advise staying away!
