They only contacted us after the chargeback, and it was through an unprofessional text message rather than email. I cannot emphasize enough to AVOID THIS SERVICE. They mislead about timelines, ignore you when you reach out, and handle conflicts very unprofessionally. Following this experience, we used a different platform, which was outstanding, respected their timelines, and ensured we were completely satisfied.
