I love all of my purchases and Songmont. I purchased a bag that wasn't exactly what I wanted and the team helped me through the process. I was able to do an exchange very easily. The bag I wanted wasn't going to ship until January 20th and the staff sent out updates a long the way to check in. Totally unexpected, but much appreciated. Everyone was incredible and anyone who has seen any of my bags have tried to take them from me! LOL!
