Just the most beautiful bag, I couldn’t be happier with my medium sized Yore Duffel bag. Fits my laptop and work bits perfectly! I was worried it might be too small, and nearly bought the large, but this is a great size for day to day work commuting. Also, the customer service was first class. Lovely people, lovely products. I’ll be back!
I love all of my purchases and Songmont. I purchased a bag that wasn't exactly what I wanted and the team helped me through the process. I was able to do an exchange very easily. The bag I wanted wasn't going to ship until January 20th and the staff sent out updates a long the way to check in. Totally unexpected, but much appreciated. I finally decided to buy a Songmont bag after I watched a YouTube video of Tanner Leatherstein visiting their factory in China. I thought that if the company puts this much effort on the choice of leather and craftsmanship minus the exorbitant price that we see in most luxury bags, then their products must be worth it. And the Gather bag in ebony exceeded my expectations. The bag felt and smelled luxurious. 😊 The customer service was also exceptional. Once I placed the order, I received an email from them explaining the two - toned nature of the leather that will develop over time. The delivery went without a hitch and even earlier than expected.
