I feel compelled to share my first review due to an incredibly disappointing experience with the company, especially with an advisor. They arranged the delivery of the appliance I bought for one of my properties without conducting a site evaluation or providing any communication, except for an email that went unanswered. I traveled 110 miles and dedicated my morning for the delivery, only to find that it didn't fit through the door. Thankfully, the delivery drivers were outstanding and did their best to ensure the fridge was not damaged. After chatting with them, I decided to call about opening a trade account and exchanging the fridge. When I reached out to the advisor, I mentioned the lack of a site check and my wasted time, but he refused to connect me with another representative, insisting he would handle everything himself. I asked to escalate the issue, but he denied my request. Later, I received a call from another advisor who apologized for the mishandling and said I could exchange the fridge in-store. I agreed to visit later that day, only to be told that no price adjustment would be made despite previous promises. They offered a minimal discount, but I ended up paying more than the listed price for delivery. Although I was assured that a refund would be issued, I later discovered that it never happened, and I struggled to get a receipt for the new fridge. Overall, this has been the worst experience I've had with any company. It's disheartening to realize I misjudged a company that lacks integrity and commitment. On a positive note, the delivery drivers were exceptional. Ultimately, I chose to keep the appliances I purchased for peace of mind, but I will not shop here again and will advise others to do the same.
