Zulfi and Minde were fantastic this morning. Very professional from start to finish — they called ahead to let me know they were on the way, arrived on time, and installed the washing machine quickly and efficiently. They also removed the old machine and gave helpful advice, which I really appreciated. Smooth, stress-free service and great customer care. Highly recommend!
Excellent service from Haneff and Khalil
We went to get a replacement 70cm wide gas hob made by Hotpoint as the Hotpoint website showed one 70cm that fitted the cut out in our kitchen
After a lot of searching the guys brought it out of their stockroom it turned out it was 75cm wide which didn’t fit our cut out as Hotpoint put the wrong size on their website!!!!!
Fortunately they had a different Hotpoint in stock that they had on display that we could measure the cut out hole needed!
So we bought it with the assurance we could return it if turned out it would not fit
So don’t trust the Hotpoint website sizes and do what we did go to Sonic Direct and these 2 guys will make sure you get what you need

The people were really good followed all the instructions because I'm doing my house up and got limited space for stuff to put in the house but there were helpful with that aswell
From start to finish the process was seamless. From going into store not 100% sure which range cooker was the best, Razwaan was really helpful and knowledgeable and with his help we purchased a cooker and cooker hood on the day. A delivery date of my choice was set and delivered within the time slot given and was delivered by Sandeep and Zulf who were brilliant and delivered the cooker to where I wanted without any issues and were really friendly.
The staff provided excellent support in selecting the right appliances. The delivery went smoothly, thanks to a fantastic team that ensured my appliances were positioned exactly where I wanted, all without any hassle and with great attention to detail.
I feel compelled to share my first review due to an incredibly disappointing experience with the company, especially with an advisor. They arranged the delivery of the appliance I bought for one of my properties without conducting a site evaluation or providing any communication, except for an email that went unanswered. I traveled 110 miles and dedicated my morning for the delivery, only to find that it didn't fit through the door. Thankfully, the delivery drivers were outstanding and did their best to ensure the fridge was not damaged. After chatting with them, I decided to call about opening a trade account and exchanging the fridge. When I reached out to the advisor, I mentioned the lack of a site check and my wasted time, but he refused to connect me with another representative, insisting he would handle everything himself. I asked to escalate the issue, but he denied my request. Later, I received a call from another advisor who apologized for the mishandling and said I could exchange the fridge in-store. I agreed to visit later that day, only to be told that no price adjustment would be made despite previous promises. They offered a minimal discount, but I ended up paying more than the listed price for delivery. Although I was assured that a refund would be issued, I later discovered that it never happened, and I struggled to get a receipt for the new fridge. Overall, this has been the worst experience I've had with any company. It's disheartening to realize I misjudged a company that lacks integrity and commitment. On a positive note, the delivery drivers were exceptional. Ultimately, I chose to keep the appliances I purchased for peace of mind, but I will not shop here again and will advise others to do the same.
