Had a Sonnen Eco battery system fitted in March 2019 and for the most part the system has been faultless. In December 2023 I had my first issue with a failed module. Although the module was replaced under warranty, it took 10 weeks for the repair to be completed. I am now having another issue which started in August 2025, again I emailed support and it has now been 4 weeks and still no idea when my issue will be rectified. Support is basically non-existent, if you don't continually email them, they won't give you any updates. For the money this brand costs, you would think they would have a better support service. Sadly this is not the case. I have given them 2 stars but I would rate the product as 4 stars but the support as 1 star. I am located in Australia.
