I paid a lot for the Sonnen battery. It's expensive. I've had it for maybe 18 months and it has gone down maybe 6 times. It's currently been down for a month, and Sonnen is in no hurry to fix it. They are in breach of the CA state Lemon Law (I'm in CA), and every time I demand they replace or refund the system, they stop responding to my service requests.I now have to hire a lawyer to get my money back. Terrible product, terrible company.
