Whilst the beds are lovely, the experience from start to finish was shocking. I ordered in advance and delivery date estimated on the website was before I moved in to my new house, shortly after I noticed the estimated delivery date was removed from the site, I emailed a few times asking for a date my beds would arrive and was told I will be given a date in a few days. I had to keep chasing until I was told they had moved warehouse and my beds wouldnt arrive before I move house now, do I want to cancel... I replied I want the beds, the following Wednesday we booked the delivery for. Then I had an email to say my order was cancelled, I emailed immediately asking what was going on then I assume it was the manager immediately phoned me and said it was a mistake, however because they cancelled it I would have to pay again that day so my beds still come online, yet my refund would take 3-5 days...
Then I had an email from BJS stating they only have part of my order. I email sonno who confirm they have my full order and not to worry.. Wednesday comes and they have 2 beds but only 1 headboard. I paid to have them assembled, once the beds were up and I signed for the delivery, the 2 delivery men ran from my house, leaving my door open when I have 2 children. Didnt think anything of it until we see a mouse! We spent weeks decorating our house and had no signs of mice but the day we get the delivery of beds and 2 men run out my house, we see a mouse? Hmm coincidence....
I email sonno about the missing headboard... no reply, they just book another delivery. This time I tell the men to unwrap the headboard at the door before they go upstairs. They told me theyre not attaching the headboard to the bed for me, even though I paid for this! Was going to do this myself but they didnt even send the screws.
The beds are lovely although the kingsize bed headboard has bent already and we have only had the beds a month. I wouldnt recommend this company at all.
