Absolutely made up with our purchase of a Sonno bed. Amazing quality, the structure of the bed is famtastic. The customer service was outstanding. Delivery by Muddy and his colleague, polite, friendly and efficient.
3 months on still waiting for a response regarding my faulty and stained headboard, we are having to have the headboard propped up by the base against the wall, we can’t even have it flush because of power sockets in the wall! I’m having to contact the ombudsman because we’ve been left high and dry, I’m telling all my clients and friends to avoid because it’s shocking
I ordered 2 small double beds absolutely amazing quality delivered by Alam who also delivered it to the bedroom very pleased with the quality and service thank you very much would highly recommend.
Asad & nasser an absolute pleasure. Mattress delivered to bedroom as arranged which was difficult to manouver especially during Ramadan and working a physical job without food. Very easy going guys. Despite the language barrier we had a nice little chat. Kept informed of expected delivery times. All done in a respectful, careful and good humoured way.
I am actually not good with having people I dont know in the house. I get anxious. I did not feel anxious with Asad and Nasser. Thanks guys
Ordered our bed on 28th Jan with a 10 day lead time. Was told it would be delivered on Monday 16th Feb, tracked it the night before and still on track. Tracked it in the morning and it had changed. Was then told it would be delivered on Wednesday 18th, again tracked in the morning and still on track. Then received an email at 10am to say it was not being delivered. Was told multiple excuses and advised it would now be delivered Friday 20th Feb. Tracking still showing delivery for Wednesday and I am currently still holding on the phone for 20 minutes to speak with someone. Had to book 3 days off work to be in for delivery and they do not seem to understand the inconvenience this is causing. Will update this review if they finally deliver.....
I have been waiting for my bed to be delivered by the 14th February. I received a message to say there was some delay to my order because of an issue on delivery. That is all I was told. I have tried calling customer service line but no one ever answers (so I don't believe there is one! They probably only answer for sales and nothing else! 20 minutes you are listening to music, then a message will say they can't answer your call now please try later. You try and try but to know avail! If you message them you get a message back that's promised it will be next week! We will see. I don't understand why they have 5 ⭐ on trust pilate. Are they true? I have reservations.
From start to finish Sonno have been amazing. I ordered a superking roman bed with 3000 gel memory mattress. I had made an error on the headboard selection and didnt realise until last off, they were happy to amend my order and put on the 54inch headboard and the order was delivered a week later. Both Maruf and Kamir who delivered were professional and friendly and communications were good. The bed itself is comfortable with a medium to firm mattress, the cooling gel works perfectly too! Had the bed a week and already so glad we bought it 🙌

Jacob and Kam delivered our bed this morning. Both of them were so helpful. We received a text to say they were on the way and a phone call about half an hour before they were due. Kam helped my husband carry the bed upstairs, going above and beyond our expectations.
