I have been waiting for my bed to be delivered by the 14th February. I received a message to say there was some delay to my order because of an issue on delivery. That is all I was told. I have tried calling customer service line but no one ever answers (so I don't believe there is one! They probably only answer for sales and nothing else! 20 minutes you are listening to music, then a message will say they can't answer your call now please try later. You try and try but to know avail! If you message them you get a message back that's promised it will be next week! We will see. I don't understand why they have 5 ⭐ on trust pilate. Are they true? I have reservations.
