Ordered our bed on 28th Jan with a 10 day lead time. Was told it would be delivered on Monday 16th F

Ordered our bed on 28th Jan with a 10 day lead time. Was told it would be delivered on Monday 16th Feb, tracked it the night before and still on track. Tracked it in the morning and it had changed. Was then told it would be delivered on Wednesday 18th, again tracked in the morning and still on track. Then received an email at 10am to say it was not being delivered. Was told multiple excuses and advised it would now be delivered Friday 20th Feb. Tracking still showing delivery for Wednesday and I am currently still holding on the phone for 20 minutes to speak with someone. Had to book 3 days off work to be in for delivery and they do not seem to understand the inconvenience this is causing. Will update this review if they finally deliver.....
