3 months on still waiting for a response regarding my faulty and stained headboard, we are having to have the headboard propped up by the base against the wall, we can’t even have it flush because of power sockets in the wall! I’m having to contact the ombudsman because we’ve been left high and dry, I’m telling all my clients and friends to avoid because it’s shocking
