This is my review after today: I'm still worried about the love handles remaining after 4 months post-op. I spent THOUSANDS on both a tummy tuck and lipo, but the results feel inadequate. As a healthcare worker, I'm aware of consumer rights, but I'll wait until my 6-month mark before filing a complaint. I appreciate the nurse documenting my concerns, but my strict diet and exercise routine shouldn't be overlooked. I'm left with the prospect of spending more money or taking further action if these issues persist.
I'm not impressed with the surgeon or the service overall. After my procedure, I was unable to discuss my results until after payment. The surgeon's attitude was unprofessional, and I now have contouring issues that were not addressed. Attempts to communicate my concerns have been ignored, and I'm left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
DO YOUR RESEARCH! I do NOT recommend this service at all. I can relate to many of the negative reviews. I had a terrible experience with their sales team and felt pressured into decisions. The surgeon change before my procedure was unsettling, and I faced numerous issues post-op with care and follow-up. My concerns were dismissed, and I'm left feeling dissatisfied with the results.
Sono Bello appears to be part of a company who sends relentless emails. Even if you unsubscribe, having never signed up for their emails in the first place, the emails continue to come. I wouldn't trust such an unscrupulous company with my body. Be very careful. Absolutely terrible and desperate business practices.
I had several procedures years ago and am still dealing with the aftermath. The consultation felt more like a sales pitch, and I never got to speak to the doctor beforehand. My results were far from what I expected, and I was treated unkindly during the process. Attempts to address my concerns went unanswered, and I'm left with issues that remain unresolved.
Jodi who handles eastern sea board from her claims. Dosent allow you to see and meet the surgeon!! Run while you can !! Any surgical center who demands payment from a non credentialed person, nor allows you to meet the surgeon is scary !! Then they lie saying they offer military discounts, but then jodi says they dont. Then theyres no real customer service to contact. End all be all is “jodi” she will also over book and make you wait way past your appointment!! Then shel come out barking in front other customers that are waiting past their appointment time and tell everyone “its 7-12 thousand dollars” without seeing you and makes you feel opposite of comfortable !!
Everyone was great from the minute you walk into the office, Big shout out to Melissa (PCA) she made the entire experience stress free, took my worries away. She answered all my questions, always responded right away when I needed ease. Great asset to your office. I would recommend Sono Bello.
5 months after surgery and I’m exactly the same size and measurements. I talked to the doctor and he kept telling me “I did everything I said I would do, there is nothing else I can do.” I felt he got very irritated when I kept asking why it didn’t work for me. All I got for my money was a huge scar. I’m going to have to find another doctor who can re do the surgery. Not a happy camper
UPDATE: I did finally receive my refund. ORIGINAL POST: Spoke with Sono Bello rep and agreed to prepay for procedure to get a discount but I had NOT even met with a Sono Bello doctor. When I went to meet with their doctors two problems arose: (1) I had very high blood pressure (which I didn't realize) and the doctor told me I was a stroke risk if I had the procedure so he said I should work with primary doctor to control my bp which I did, and (2) a few months later after my bp medicine was adjusted and my blood pressure controlled I went back to Sono Bello but for some reason still had high bp there; also at this time the new dr I was given (the previous one no longer worked there) said I wasn't "that fat" and given the smooth nature of my skin I could end up with ridges/wavy skin. I also was feeling sick. So I cancelled and asked for a refund. They said they would get back to me. I said I understood if they needed to take some kind of deposit but I spent many thousands of dollars and I wanted most of that back. No response from them now. It's been months.
