I am completely appalled by this company. 1. They mislead customers about their location. 2. The product quality is disgraceful, worth less than 5 euros, yet I paid 80 euros. 3. Customer service is terrible and won't issue refunds. 4. They pretend to be from the UK or Ireland, but the product comes directly from China.
