Zero stars, complete scam and unprofessional. The product is a joke, the refund policy is unethical, and customer service is nonexistent. If you want to throw away $90, feel free to order, but you will get nothing for the price.
I purchased these so-called 'luxury' sleep earbuds in hopes of alleviating my tinnitus at night and opted for 'express delivery' at £10.
The shipping originated from China, not the UK, and took two weeks to arrive.
The earbuds were unbranded and of extremely low quality, lacking any components to fit comfortably in the ear; they simply fall out when I tilt my head. Additionally, there is no volume control whatsoever. They aren't worth £5, let alone £90! Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this dreadful service.

This is a deceptive company. They are based in China and sell overpriced, low-quality items. I was about to buy some sleep buds but discovered that the main review was fake, and the company is actually located in China. The return policy is ridiculous.

Customer service is terrible and won't issue refunds. 4. They pretend to be from the UK or Ireland, but the product comes directly from China.
