One star is too generous. I researched an easy-to-use telescope for a gift, placed my order, and emailed customer service to cancel within two hours, as per their policy. I received a response stating I needed to confirm my cancellation within three days, which I did. Now, I am getting no replies. DO NOT buy from them! It’s a scam!
