Initially, they requested pictures of the sheets and proof of purchase, which I provided promptly. Unfortunately, I haven't received any further communication. I'm sharing this review to highlight the poor quality of the sheets and the inadequate response from the company that claims to offer quality products. I've had inexpensive sheets last much longer, and these were marketed as having a higher thread count and better quality. Save your money—these sheets barely last a month, and the customer service shows no concern for product quality or customer feedback. I've informed many people about my negative experience with these sheets and the company's lack of support.
