Sonos is great when it's working, but so rarely does it works! We travel frequently and each time we return and plug our speakers back in, something is wrong. The app is an absolute joke. Without exception, a call to customer support is needed. The agents are helpful, but wait times are long - hardly surprising given the continuous problems with the tech.
