Support in Australia was easy to contact, and the level of professional advice we received was exceptional. The team was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole process, which made upgrading our system seamless and stress-free.
The sound quality is absolutely outstanding — rich, immersive, and perfectly balanced. The functionality is intuitive and reliable, making everyday use effortless. When you compare the performance and build quality to other premium speaker brands, Sonos represents excellent value for money.

Sonos is shite. The app sucks. Takes actual hours for diviced to connect. Then they unconnect when ever they want. The headphones called ace will not connect. 3 pair under warranty now getting my money back. Rubbish product. I hate sonos
Excellent product with fantastic sound. Delivery was prompt, but I encountered issues when attempting to modify the delivery time or notes. Although the support team indicated they made the changes, it wasn't reflected. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend.
I really appreciate the hardware and audio quality. The speakers deliver fantastic sound when they actually function, and they look great too. However, my major concern over the last eight years has been their tendency to drop out and fail to play far too often. It's incredibly frustrating when all you want is to enjoy some music, yet you have to deal with connection problems. The speakers are in the same room as my modem, and everything else connects without a hitch, but the speakers frequently fail. Fix this issue, and I would gladly give five stars.
I have been a dedicated user of this audio brand with an extensive setup: a soundbar, subwoofer, two speakers, and a portable unit. Recently, I added a new model, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. When paired with my existing speakers, this new model produces a persistent, loud popping noise. After reaching out to the support team, they acknowledged that this is a "known issue" but mentioned there is no estimated time for a resolution. It is unacceptable to sell a high-end speaker priced over $450 that fails to perform the most fundamental function: synchronizing with the rest of the system. With thousands invested in this ecosystem, being told "we know it’s faulty but can’t promise a fix" feels like a betrayal. If you are an existing user considering an upgrade, I recommend steering clear of this model until the company addresses these issues.
Very disappointing experience. I used to be a fan. After spending over a decade creating playlists, including an 18-hour Christmas playlist without repeats, all my music was lost after their "upgrade." I've been unable to recover it for over a year, and they haven't resolved the issue. Meanwhile, they keep pushing me to buy more products. Why would I invest in a company that has let me down and wasted my time? Customer support has been unhelpful. I regret recommending this to others. I'm extremely let down.
