Recently, I added a new model, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. When paired with my existing speakers, this new model produces a persistent, loud popping noise. After reaching out to the support team, they acknowledged that this is a "known issue" but mentioned there is no estimated time for a resolution. It is unacceptable to sell a high-end speaker priced over $450 that fails to perform the most fundamental function: synchronizing with the rest of the system. With thousands invested in this ecosystem, being told "we know it’s faulty but can’t promise a fix" feels like a betrayal. If you are an existing user considering an upgrade, I recommend steering clear of this model until the company addresses these issues.
