Disappointing Experience with the Package

I received my package from the company, and it appeared smaller and lighter than anticipated. The headphones I received were not what I ordered; they seemed to resemble a popular brand. I spent $150 on subpar headphones, and I've contacted the support team in hopes that the correct ones are on their way.

Product received was incorrect despite their claims.

As noted in other reviews, the item I received did not match what I ordered, even though they maintained it was correct. They proposed an 80% refund if I returned it (to a location overseas, at my own cost) or a 40% discount to retain the item. Thankfully, my credit card provider facilitated a charge-back.

Complete disappointment

This has been a total letdown. I purchased headphones for my daughter, and given our tight budget, I was heartbroken when they arrived. The box was damaged, and the headphones were not what I ordered—just some low-quality substitutes. I can't afford to buy replacements. Please avoid this seller to spare yourself from being taken advantage of like I was.
