You ruined our holiday! I ordered a new TV at the end of November with a promise of delivery within 4 days. It was dispatched but got stuck at the delivery depot. I couldn't reach the courier. After multiple calls to the customer service team, I was told they were waiting for a response from the courier. Nine days later, I had enough and requested to cancel the order. They refused to refund me until the TV was returned, even though it was never delivered to me! I had to open a case with a payment service to get my money back. It took almost a month, and I received my refund on December 23rd. This was meant to be a holiday gift for my family, and unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to buy another one elsewhere. I will never purchase from this company again. Their customer service is terrible and unhelpful.
