You ruined our Christmas!!! I ordered a new TV at the end of November, expecting delivery within 4 days. It was shipped but got stuck at the delivery depot. I couldn't reach the courier. I called the support team multiple times, only to be told they were waiting for a response from the courier and would get back to me. Nine days later, I had enough. I requested to cancel the order, but they refused to issue a refund until the TV was returned to them, even though it was never delivered to me!!! I had to file a case with a payment platform to get my money back. It took nearly a month, and I received my refund on December 23rd. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my family to enjoy during the holiday. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough time to buy a different one elsewhere. I will never purchase from this company again. Their customer service is terrible and unhelpful.

I ordered a TV on November 27th with a delivery date promised for December 10th. That date passed with no communication from the company. After finally reaching the customer service team (which was neither quick nor easy), I was given a new date of December 16th. I waited, but nothing arrived. I contacted them again and was assured my TV was in the warehouse, just waiting to be scheduled for a two-person delivery. A week later, my order was canceled via a generic email without any specific explanation. This is a complete disaster and an unacceptable way to treat customers.
I've tried every method to contact the company regarding the unavailability of a specific product in my region, but it seems they've made it nearly impossible to reach them. Their chat is AI-driven, there’s no email contact, and no phone number available. It's unfortunate because I've always appreciated their products. Perhaps they are facing issues and no longer have a support team?
I ordered two controllers but only received one in the package. I could only contact the company through web chat, where they suggested I file a claim against the courier. However, the shipping contract is between the company and the courier, not me. The courier isn't at fault since the package was intact. Someone at the company clearly made an error or there are dishonest employees. I finally managed to speak to someone who promised to follow up, but I haven't heard back yet. After years of buying their products, this experience has changed my view entirely, even if they resolve the issue.
I had an issue with headphones right after the warranty expired. The warranty only covers repairs, which is not helpful. When I tried to leave a review, I found out that I could only do so within the first 30 days of purchase. This feels like a scam, and I will not purchase from this company again.
