Frustration with Customer Support

I am writing to share my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience with a product and the customer service. After purchasing a high-end TV expecting quality support, it has stopped functioning, and despite numerous attempts, I have yet to receive a callback or any assistance. I am still paying for a TV that I cannot use, which is unacceptable for a brand of this reputation. If this issue is not addressed soon, I will have to share my experience publicly.
