Disappointment with the Company

I've been a loyal fan of this brand since childhood, starting with earlier consoles and now owning the latest. However, the decline in service quality and product reliability is disheartening. Paying extra for online services while facing constant issues with my console is frustrating. It feels disappointing to witness such greed from a company I've supported for years. Dissatisfaction with Online Support

I attempted to install DLC for a game I bought, but it was from the wrong region. When I reached out to online support, I was dismissed and told my question was already answered. When I called customer service to escalate the issue, I was told they couldn't find my complaint due to lack of oversight. Additionally, my number seems to have been blacklisted, making it impossible to report the poor service. This is unacceptable for any customer.

Earbuds Discharging Too Quickly

The earbuds discharge in under an hour, and they become too hot to use when charged. This is not what I expected. Is this even safe to use at home or while traveling? Less than an hour of playtime is unacceptable.
