I have a TV that worked fine for two years, but now it fails to return to the last watched channel, going instead to the home screen. Despite speaking with various representatives and trying multiple solutions, nothing has worked. A company with good customer service would have offered a resolution, but instead, I was told there’s nothing they can do. I will not be purchasing from this brand again.
