Neighbors confirmed the package was not misdelivered, but the company continues to evade responsibility, stating the investigation could take anywhere from a week to a month without offering a clear timeline or solution. It's unacceptable for a company of such standing to take payment without ensuring proper delivery or accountability when problems arise. This has been an exceptionally frustrating experience.
