Unbelievably high repair costs

I recently attempted to fix a pair of headphones purchased from a retailer. I was quoted 155 euros for replacing one of the hinges on a 200 euro headphone set. While this may not be directly related to the service provider, it certainly reflects poorly on the brand. How can such an exorbitant price be justified for this type of repair? It feels like an attempt to push customers towards buying a new set instead. I can confidently say this will be my last purchase from this brand, as it seems to have lost its former quality.

Ineffective Customer Support and Odd Issues

There is no support available. The wireless headphones unpredictably reactivate the 'speak to chat' feature, even when disabled in the companion app. I will not be purchasing from this brand again.

We ordered a device online, but it was never delivered. Upon contacting customer service, we were repeatedly informed that an investigation with the courier was in progress, yet over a week has passed with no resolution. Neighbors confirmed the package was not misdelivered, but the company continues to evade responsibility, stating the investigation could take anywhere from a week to a month without offering a clear timeline or solution. It's unacceptable for a company of such standing to take payment without ensuring proper delivery or accountability when problems arise. This has been an exceptionally frustrating experience.

Order Not Received, Money Taken, No Communication

I ordered a camera a month ago, but it never arrived. The website tracking says 'in work' while the courier's tracking shows 'returned.' The only communication was three weeks ago after multiple unanswered emails, stating they would inform me when they had more information. After weeks of waiting, I sent two more emails that went unanswered. How is this acceptable? Does anyone have the contact number for customer service, as I may need to consider legal action.

Avoid This Brand!

I own two identical headphones, but one is malfunctioning. Purchased from a retailer, it has been sent for repairs four times, and I've lost my device for weeks each time. Their final response was to update the firmware on my devices? The retailer is also unhelpful.

Cashback Process Issues

To receive my cashback for a lens, I have to go through a convoluted process. It feels like the company is trying to discourage me from completing it. The feedback is so poor that I'm still unsure if I will receive it. They really need to change this procedure, as many share my frustration.

Poor After-Sales Support for PS5

My PS5 malfunctioned just weeks after the warranty expired. I had to pay 270 euros upfront to send it in for repairs. After three weeks of silence, I called and was told they hadn't received my package, despite having tracking confirmation. If it hasn't arrived after three weeks, what are the chances? Now I’m left waiting. This is unacceptable for a device that should last longer.

Steer Clear of This Brand

I purchased a TV for 1300 euros, and after four years, it stopped working. When I contacted customer support, they quickly declared it unfixable and offered me a mere 80 euro discount on a new purchase, which would still cost me around 800 euros. They keep redirecting me to different departments, and it's exhausting. This is a terrible company with the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
