I bought a TV in early 2016, and it failed after 4.5 years. When I contacted customer service, they hid behind the warranty policy and seemed to think it was acceptable for expensive products to fail so soon. They offered a replacement but expected me to cover the cost. Once upon a time, this brand stood for quality, but now it's quite disappointing.
