I recently attempted to fix a pair of headphones purchased from a retailer. I was quoted 155 euros for replacing one of the hinges on a 200 euro headphone set. While this may not be directly related to the service provider, it certainly reflects poorly on the brand. How can such an exorbitant price be justified for this type of repair? It feels like an attempt to push customers towards buying a new set instead. I can confidently say this will be my last purchase from this brand, as it seems to have lost its former quality.
