I've ordered from the seller several times, and this was my first Black Friday purchase! There were so many fantastic deals that I ended up placing a second order right after the first one! I got three items, including an album and two photocards at a great price! Unfortunately, I faced an issue when I received my order; one of the photocards wasn't the one I had ordered. I quickly contacted the customer service team, and they responded impressively fast, within an hour or two! They were very communicative, though I had to follow up for updates after a few days. Thankfully, the issue has been resolved, and I now have the correct photocard, which is adorable! Overall, the service was good, and I'm grateful! Hoping my second Black Friday order goes smoothly, as some items are Christmas gifts!
