I attempted to return an item I wasn't satisfied with. The initial emails from the representative were prompt, first inquiring about my return reason, followed by an attempt to persuade me to keep the item with a discount offer. After I declined and requested the return address, I received no further communication. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, there was no response. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.
