I have been shopping at SooLinen for several years. The items I purchased were all a win! I’ve gotten sweaters, shoes, pants and I love them all. My purchases have been true to the description and the quality is great. I just received 2 items yesterday, love them.
I purchased two pants because the advertised on yahoo.com is really fancy and the materials look are quality. I also read the return policy that is no reason you can return within 30 days ! Unfortunately, I have contacted the customer service and ask for return, but the customer ask me why I want to return. I responded the items are misrepresented. Still the customer does not process. The company is scammed. Please do not buy any products! The company won’t give you any refund!
If there were a possibility of giving zero stars, I would choose that! I spent $146.00 on a pair of boots, but what I got was a far cry from the images—cheap, flimsy felt material. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. I realize now that trying to reach out for support or to return them would be a waste of time. It feels like they are just mocking those who continue to trust them.

I received two identical dresses that were quite unattractive and nothing like what was shown online. The item I ordered never arrived, and the size was too large. Communicating with the company was a nightmare, and it cost me $71.50 to return them. I will never purchase from them again and urge others to be cautious of the website images.
