Appalling. Ordered a tunic which wasn’t a linen cotton mix as stated, it only had half a collar and was poorly made. There were no return instructions. I emailed them on at least six occasions, including sending them screenshots of the order and each time they either questioned or denied knowledge of the order. When I asked PayPal to get involved, the firm offered a partial refund if I returned the garment to them to an address in China. The address was shown in long rows of Chinese symbols, which would have been impossible to copy and I suspect would not mean anything to the Post Office.
