If there were a possibility of giving zero stars, I would choose that! I spent $146.00 on a pair of boots, but what I got was a far cry from the images—cheap, flimsy felt material. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. I realize now that trying to reach out for support or to return them would be a waste of time. It feels like they are just mocking those who continue to trust them.
