Unfortunately, I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. It felt like they were avoiding the issue and not communicating effectively. Eventually, I was told the delivery was complete, but the missing item was still not included, and there seemed to be no effort to resolve this. The overall experience left a very negative impression, and I won't order from them again. It's just about a small item, but the handling of the situation was far more disappointing. I advise against ordering from them.
