I ordered on October 24 and experienced extremely slow delivery. The quality is poor, with sharp edges on the cutlery and bowls and plates showing marks from food and water. The customer service has been frustrating, as I've been passed around to several representatives over the past month, each asking for photos despite having sent them multiple times. Every new representative seems unaware of my previous interactions. At this point, I doubt I will receive the refund I deserve. The marketing is impressive, but the product feels poorly made and leaves me feeling scammed.
I ordered 4 items (2 plates and 2 bowls) during a buy one get one free promotion, and my confirmation indicated all 4 were included. However, I only received 3 despite having paid in full. The support team insists that everything checks out based on their warehouse data, but the weight of these lightweight items makes it unreliable. They have a significant social media following and claim to be featured in major publications, yet they seem to disregard customer concerns. I no longer trust this service. Make sure to keep records and escalate the issue if necessary.
