The support team insists that everything checks out based on their warehouse data, but the weight of these lightweight items makes it unreliable. They have a significant social media following and claim to be featured in major publications, yet they seem to disregard customer concerns. I no longer trust this service. Make sure to keep records and escalate the issue if necessary.
