Like so many reviews I see below - I never received my product. I ordered on 12/12/2025. On 12/13/2025 I received a confirmation email that my order was on its way and should be there in 3-5 days.
It never came.
I've been back and forth with customer service since then. They kept telling me they had "confirmation that it's back in stock at the warehouse" and I'd receive a shipping confirmation "within 5 days". It's been months. On Feb. 15, they said they could process a full refund but that my order "was scheduled to ship in the next few days." I advised I would be willing to wait but only if I could receive confirmation that my order has shipped. Of course, I never did. On March 17, I asked for a full refund. Their response was to tell me that they had "just received confirmation that the stocks have arrived at our warehouse" and my order would ship soon..same as all of the empty promises before, and not what I asked for. I have reiterated my demand for a refund, but judging by the other reviews I'm seeing now, I'm not hopeful.
No product after 5 months. No refund. Don't take the risk. I'm out over $200 and now I'm probably going to have to fight to get that back.
