Ordered covers for my sectional in the brown/chocolate covers at a price of 215.00 total. placed the order on 31 October 2025 with a expected delivery of 15-20 days. On 11/26/2025 I had not received the covers and checked again on the status and I got this response:

Hi Clifford,
Thank you so much for reaching out — and I totally understand the excitement (and the impatience) of waiting for something you picked out for your home. I took a moment to personally look up your order for you.
It turns out the exact color/style you chose ended up in a temporary stock delay on our side. It’s actually one of our most requested options right now, so a small group of customers who ordered around the same time as you are all waiting for the same restock batch.
What matters most is this:
your order is already secured in that upcoming stock, and your piece is reserved with your name on it.

We’re expecting the new stock to arrive in about 15–20 days, and as soon as it lands at our warehouse, your order will be one of the first to go out. You’re definitely in good hands — I’m watching it from my side and will keep you updated personally.
Thank you again for being patient with us. Small brands like ours really rely on understanding customers like you, and it genuinely means a lot.

That being said I patiently waited and on 12/22/2025, I sent this response:
Dear Chelsea,
I hope you are doing well. I'm following up on my order placed on October 31, 2025. You mentioned that the new stock was expected in 15-20 days and that my order would be among the first to be shipped. However, it's now been 26 days with no further updates on my order's status and going on 2 months since the order was placed. I understand the challenges faced by small brands and appreciate your efforts to provide alternative choices for customers. However, this extended wait time is becoming quite frustrating. If the delivery of my order is still 15-20 days away, I believe it would be best to process a refund at this point.

I then received this response from them on 12/23/2025:
Hi Cliff,
I’ve informed our warehouse team to cancel your order as requested.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, your full refund will be processed
right away.
You’ll receive an email notification once everything is completed.

I figured that was it but I then had to contact them again because I had not received my refund to my PayPal account. I then sent another email on 1/8/2026:

Hello,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inquire about the status of my refund for order #145258, processed on December 24, 2025. The confirmation email stated that the total amount of $218.87 USD would be refunded and that it might take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in my account. However, it has now been 13 days, including the holidays, and I have yet to receive the refund.
could you please provide an update on this matter at your earliest convenience? Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

On 1/22/2026 I sent this email:

Hello,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my refund for order #145258, processed on December 24, 2025. The confirmation email mentioned that the total amount of $218.87 USD would be refunded within 10 days. However, it has been over 10 days, including the holidays, and I have not yet seen the refund reflected in my account.

Could you please provide me with a transaction or confirmation number that I can reference with PayPal to resolve this matter? Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Order marked fulfilled but no delivery for 3 months.

I placed an order that indicated it was fulfilled, yet I have received nothing after 3 months. The positive reviews claiming quick delivery seem misleading. I reached out to the support team six times, only to be told that a basic item was backordered, and that I would be the first to know when it was available. I will not be purchasing from this company again or recommending it.

Order not received and poor communication

I have not received my order, and despite numerous calls, no one answers. I have sent several emails but still haven't received a response! I feel like this service is a scam, taking my money without delivering the product, and my attempts to contact them have been futile.

the product is beautiful i got 2 colors…

the product is beautiful i got 2 colors and love them both. having 2 dogs whom the couch is their bed these covers are perfect no snags wash up beautifully. my only complaint is they do run a little large but thats better then too small. very happy with your company thank you
