Cannot vouch for quality but ordered 2 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. Missed my mother’s birthday. I am getting replies from e-mails i’m sending but still no ring. Disappointing. Edit:12/10/25-item eventually arrived , 1 month after ordering. I’m in the Uk. Within 2 minutes of opening the packaging and trying to put it on my Mum’s finger it literally snapped in half. Sophia’s Jewels do communicate, i will give them that, but they insist that their items are thoroughly tested and that it has broken through my ‘usage’ -it was a fit ring , able to fig any finger. They are offering another item , which i do not want, and are refusing to refund. I’m annoyed at myself for not checking Trust Pilot before i bought. This ring was poor quality like something you would have in a Christmas cracker. Lovely ring now bought from Vacier, check them out . ( *Trust pilot, wish we could upload photos)
