My order arrived just a few days after I placed it. It was nicely packaged, and I was extremely satisfied with the zirconia earrings I selected as a Christmas gift. They came in a lovely gift box, which was a bit of an extra cost but totally worth it. Overall, I am very pleased with both the quality and the service provided.
Avoid this site at all costs!!! My product never showed up, and when I reached out, I was informed it takes 8 to 16 working days, which had already elapsed. I was also told not to send any more emails. I'm uncertain if this is a scam or a legitimate website, but I recommend steering clear if you want to save your money!!!!

This company is truly disappointing. The product quality was poor, and the website didn't clarify if the item would arrive in a box, leading me to purchase an unnecessary gift box. I received a subpar product and two gift boxes when I only needed one, wasting my money. I also had to pay for a return due to their misleading website. Their customer service is unhelpful and rude.
I ordered a necklace for my daughter, but when it arrived, the name was unreadable. Her name is Kira, but it looked like 'Kind' at best. The font was poor, even though the website's image looked good. Customer service was dismissive, so I advise against using this company.

I had to cover the return shipping for a refund. I genuinely suspect this is a scam website, offering subpar products and profiting from returns.
I bought a pair of earrings for my granddaughter for Christmas. The website showed beautiful earrings, but what I received was shocking. I wouldn't give them to my granddaughter and will be purchasing earrings from another source. Unfortunately, I can't share photos of what I ordered versus what I received.
