Avoid this website at all costs!! Bought a nice dress online as it was advertised as a localSydney Boutique. When the dress arrived it was a completely different colour and shocking quality. When requesting a refund (advertised as ‘hassle free’) I was told to pay a $60 shipping fee to the warehouse in China or receive a 20% refund and keep the dress. They even used the term ‘hassle free’ in when encouraging to keep the dress. I am upset I tried to support a local business and in turn feel completely ripped off. I hope no one else makes the same mistake as me. I have reported them to the ACCC for misleading conduct.
