Total rip off! Don’t have anything to do with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I ordered two dresses that both said they were 100% cotton. They were cheap junk polyester. This company is not in Toronto. The dresses came from China. No refund because they were on sale. There was only one item on their entire website that wasn’t on sale. They eventually offered me 30% refund and I keep the dresses or I could return them to China at my expense but the return has to be sent with a tracking number. Cost was $89 even after I made the package as small and light as was humanly possible. They are scammers through and through.

Dodgy company, based in China, wont withdraw order unless it's within an hour. If you contact them they churn out generic replies a day later that don't resolve any issues. Nothing like its described - terrible quality, described as cotton, received polyester, no labels, jacket not lined. They are not from Melbourne, you have to pay for postage to China if you want to return it
I would rather put zero stars. The items are not what you see pictured at all. The beige wool coat looks crap with a pink hue, the grey coat looks cheap, the black pants are waaay smaller than what the size says it is. Overall for the money spent I would’ve been better off buying clothes from Temu 🙄 Don’t buy from here as it’s not worth the $ and the clothes are crap
