In March, one of my company vans was hit while parked. Although the damage was significant, it was still drivable except for a broken side mirror. To avoid the hassle of obtaining a hire van, we opted to purchase a new mirror and install it ourselves. While they handled most of the other repairs competently, they have failed to reimburse us for the mirror. Their incompetence is hard to believe. They continually deny receiving proof of purchase despite multiple submissions. Each time I contact them, I speak to someone new who knows nothing about the case, making it frustrating to navigate their system. Why should we be out of pocket for nearly £200? We also saved them money by not requesting a hire vehicle. It’s completely unacceptable. They don’t respond to emails regarding this issue, and the phone support is useless. Please don’t ask me to email again; I’m done with that. Just honor the claim and inform me accordingly.
