It's been almost a month since I submitted my original claim. Although the other party has accepted full responsibility, the service is still prolonging the process, stating it's pending a response from the claim handlers. This delay has led to significant financial losses for my business, especially with the limited use of my vehicle due to the damages caused by their client. At this point, it seems my only recourse may be to take legal action against them and their client. I definitely wouldn't recommend this service, nor would I consider using them for my business after seeing how they manage customer relations.
