I took my girlfriend for a wash and blowdry as it was her birthday. The professionalism and customer service at Rosebank Sorbet Hairbar was absolutely disappointing. Upon arrival there was no smile, just confusion about the appointment. Her treatment was fine but not the best, when she told the hair stylist that her hair feels dry, all the hair stylist asked was why doesn't she cut it. Being a professional salon, there should be products to help with this.I definitely will not be coming back to this branch. The quality of service is not what it used to be. Very disappointed.
