This is not the way to run a business.Update: order arrived, extremely delayed delivery. Unfortunately too small. Returns through Ups online, although for some reason I couldnt get to the print label page. Called the customer service number and a the kind lady did it for me and emailed me the correct print label. Lovely. This review is amended slightly for that.Unfortunately limited UPS drop off near me and no pick up available.2 weeks after receiving the returned item.. Still no refund.
